Things broken. Weird smells after storage. (Follow-up: Ustorage promptly contacted and made refunds on the value if tue items damaged. Very fast and effective CS on their side when accidents happen! It wasn’t a lot of hassle getting help as well)

So convenient. I had a few large totes, a futon and a 50in tv and they moved and stored everything perfectly, so damage. I’ll definitely be using them again next semester.
