Blue Crates is your answer to what to do with your things when school’s out for summer or whenever time away from campus is in your plans. From pickup and delivery, to everything in between, Blue Crates is your one stop solution for all of your student storage needs.

All student vaults include a year of membership. This membership is required to be a Student Vault™ customer. As a Student Vault member you receive the following advantages and discounts:

What is Included in your Blue Crates Student Vault™ Membership?

Each Student Vault Membership starts at $400 for the year and includes the following:

• 4 months of storage for up to 7 items (see Item Restrictions and Large Item Storage for all exceptions)
• On-campus pickup and dropoff included
• 4 complimentary recyclable storage bags (on-campus pickup)
• Digital inventory management
• Monthly storage discounts up to 30%
• Access to white glove delivery (on or off campus)
• Access to discounted year-round insurance coverage for all of your belongings (click here)
• Access to periodic bulk delivery throughout the school year
• Discounts on new mattress toppers delivered to your dorm

* All deliveries outside of a bulk delivery date and to off-campus locations are done at market rate starting at $150 per trip.

Blue Crates has teamed with an industry leading student insurance group NSSI to offer discounted insurance plans.

General guidelines and information about your student Vault™

• Maximum 50 lbs per item
• Everything must be in an enclosed container (with specific exceptions - see FAQ)
• All Items must be properly labeled with a Blue Crates provided label
• We don’t store mattress toppers, but offer discounts on new ones, delivered directly to your dorm
• Store as many items as your like (additional fees apply)
• Prohibited items (see FAQ)
• Off campus deliveries available. Check with us for rates.
• Mini Fridges, luggage, microwaves, personal storage totes, boxes, bikes, or any item
  that meets our storage criteria.
• If you wouldn’t check it on an airplane, don’t give it to us.
